Up (and Down) the Coast

The ultimate destination by the end of the year has always been to make it to Pasadena for the Rose Parade. We didn’t know exactly when we would end up in California, but upon meeting our Swiss friends, Blanche & Marielle, near Zion National Park in Utah, our travel pace picked up quite a bit.
